We are looking for a new Community Care Assistant to join our small close knit team as a Flexi-worker/bank worker.

**The individual will be employed as a Bank Community Care Assistant to cover any available shifts due to annual leave or other absence.**

**There is an optional two set weekends a month position to fit in with the flexiwork role if desired.**

Supportive training and induction course tailored to suit your needs and experience.

Visit the same set clients every shift to build rapport

No qualifications needed - we can support you in completing formal qualifications in health and social care levels 2-5 or other specialist short courses such Parkinson’s, Dementia etc. (following successful induction period).

**Salary**: £10.25-£12.00 per hour
