**Morning & Evening worker**:
We are looking for a new Community Care Assistants to join our wonderful small, close knit team_. We currently have one full time position available but this can be spilt into part time if that is best for the right applicate: _
- _**Set hours - Either mornings or evening or a mix of both**_
- _**The job includes one full weekend a month both days include 7:00 - 14:00 and evening 16:30-21:30**_
- _**Evening and weekend enhanced pay**_

Bloom & Care is a multi-award winning nurse-led family run business focusing on patient centred care. The successful applicant will see set clients in order to build rapport and trust enabled high quality of care. We pride ourselves on having a low turn over of staff.
