Maternity cover for a 12 month contract

Residential Team - Property Administrator

The role is within the residential team of JLL working on The Crown Estate Central London portfolio based at 7 Air Street, London, W1B 5AD.
The purpose of the role is to assist and support the property and tenancy managers from both a property management perspective and a financial perspective, to ensure high standards of service are provided to residential customers and The Crown Estate.
Property Management - Financial Administration
Raising job purchase orders on for service partners, approving invoices and passing to client finance team for payment within KPI timeframes.
Close management of annual property and engineering insurance renewal certificates.
Manage all enquiries from service partners/contractors regarding works invoices, payments and purchase orders.
Close liaison with JLL finance team and The Crown Estate finance team.
Coordination and attendance at quarterly client finance meetings.
Management of void property costs, payment of invoices and ensuring utility companies and council tax are fully informed of changes.
Working closely with property managers and finance teams to ensure all tenancy renewals, terminations, rent reviews or credits are undertaken and all workflows complete for client account input and system updates. Managing this process with a check system to ensure all cases are correctly actioned by individuals.
Providing general cover within the residential team and wider team.
Aiding the property and tenancy managers where required.

Overall, the role requires clear administration skills from both a property management and financial perspective. The role requires a high degree of self-regulation and process to ensure all actions are completed in a timely manager.
Experience of Agresso, Horizon and Yardi Prop ware databases would be helpful but not essential as adequate training would be provided.
