**Customer Service Advisor**

We are currently recruiting for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join LASER Energy, part of the Commercial Services Group.

**Key duties**
- Use excellent communication skills to build a strong rapport and trust with customers, assessing their needs and requirements to achieve satisfaction
- Develop your knowledge and understanding of the Energy industry to become an industry expert and progress internally
- Work closely and proactively communicate with the billing and portfolio assistants to ensure that KPIs are achieved each month for your customers
- Log all queries that are unable to be resolved in first response

**What we need from you -**
- Strong customer service and phone contact handling skills
- A detailed understanding of the Energy Industry is desirable, but not essential
- Experience in meeting and exceeding KPI’s
- Proven experience of working within a team and developing internal relationships
- Using problem solving skills to resolve customer queries
