22 hours per week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

We are looking for an experienced Counsellor to join the Student Services Team, to provide confidential and professional support for students experiencing personal, emotional and/or academic difficulties.

This position will be based at Stratford-upon-Avon College working across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

You should hold a nationally recognised counselling qualification (Diploma or Higher Degree) with experience in working with a diverse range of clients. Significant post-qualification experience working as a professional is desirable.

The post-holder will be expected to work within a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, effective and integrated counselling to students of the College in accordance with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy code of ethics.

Please note if you are selected for the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises, unless exceptional circumstances apply. Unfortunately, the College is unable to contribute towards the associated travel costs.
