Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling subscriptions and other online advertising products. Your clients will range from small independent agents/landlords to potentially larger firms with more complex portfolios and needs. Youwill focus predominantly on new business but once won, you will also be tasked with growing your accounts. You will be given a territory that will include a small number of existing clients that you will manage from day one. This role is office based. Whilstthere is no expectation for you to conduct face-to face visits, it will not be discouraged given the right circumstances.

Successful Inside Sales Executives regularly progress to Field Sales and Managerial positions across our group.
**Salary**: £40K base, £80K OTE
Location: Central London (SE1)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using our knowledge and experience of success, we will support you with a framework of goals and objectives that will enable you to achieve your monthly revenue goals.
- You will make a high volume of sales calls, key to the success of these is preparation.
- You will successfully prospect new clients, educating them on the value of the product through virtual demonstrations.
- You will build and maintain long-term relationships with your on-going clients.
- You will work to understand the market backdrop and competitive behaviour so you can engage in high value conservations with clients & overcome objections.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A track record of success, and a desire to continue to build, a career in B2B sales, Ideally in web, marketplaces / listing services, newspaper, or magazine advertising sales.
- A record of experience in a corporate, professional environment, working to activity and financial metrics.
- You have the confidence to cold call potential clients, and outstanding communication and presentation skills that convert those calls to lasting relationships. You will have the ability to learn and perform virtual demonstrations of our products.
- As a passionate competitor, you will thrive in a fast paced and target driven environment.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Proven track record at assertively convincing a prospect that now is the right time to buy a solution.
- Commercial real estate experience a plus
