**Sloane Square Hotel** is a 4* Hotel in one of the chicest postcodes in London. Right in the heart of Chelsea with 100 elegant bedrooms, Lounge, and Nightclub.

We are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & WELCOMING full-time Hotel Receptionist who wants to join a FANTASTIC TEAM. You will be required to work weekdays and weekends.

**Reporting to the Reception Manager, the Hotel Receptionist is responsible for**:

- Supports the smooth running of the front office department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
- Works as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution
- Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values
- Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended to
- Answer phones take message from potential guests in a timely and respectful manner
- Anticipate guests needs to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
- Working with the Duty Manager on a daily basis to best serve our guests

**Requirements of Hotel Receptionist**
- Smart appearance
- Friendly manner
- High level communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Mature approach to customer service and safety/security issues
- Proficient in English
- Maintains a good energy level
- Self-motivated
- Punctual

**Requirements**:

- **Must have valid right to work in UK**:

- **Hotel experience** **in a front office or reservations role**:

- Fluent spoken and written English
- Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Protel PMS System an advantage but not mandatory
- Flexible to work weekends

**The Package**
- Fulltime or Casual contract : 40 hours per week
- £26,998 annual salary based on FT
