As a Market Launcher, you will be responsible for the launch and success of HawkCell in Germany. You will get our product ready for the market, win our first customers with the opportunity to grow with the company and build a local team around you. You’ll be an entrepreneur within HawkCell. During the first 3 months of Onboarding you are not afraid to spend up to two weeks a month in France to learn on the technology and build strong bonds with the TEAM that will support you. You are the kind of person that likes to move FAST but with SOLID FOUNDATION and a CLEAR PLAN to execute. **What you’ll be doing**: - You own HawkCell’s Customer Acquisition in Germany - Define and execute our strategy to win Germany for HawkCell, collaborating with the Sales Director and CEO and working cross-functionally with our global teams. - Represent HawkCell as an expert in the German veterinary field field. - In collaboration with the Sales Director, experiment, define and constantly iterate our sales processes and strategy to drive performance. - Drive acquisition (first) and retention (second) activities in the region with our global marketing team. - Communicate the needs of German vets and CROs to the rest of the organisation and work with our product team to expand our value proposition. - Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and work internally to drive the growth of our partners in the region and improve our operations and processes. **What you’ll need**: - You have proven experience working in a sales role in an early stage startup (New market acquisition phase) - Experience in the medical or medtech industries or knowledge/skills in medical imaging or medical devices is a strong plus. - You have gained international experience, either working or studying abroad or working for a foreign company. - You are customer-centric and possess a holistic understanding and ability to execute on growth that goes beyond sales, having worked with other functions internally. - You are driven and entrepreneurial, and feel comfortable making decisions in uncertain environments. - You are a quick learner, have great analytical skills and a structured way of thinking. - You are willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done. - Fluency in English and German
