What you will own : As a Product Manager at Zepz, you’ll join one of our Product Engineering teams that works to improve the core transactional journey, you’ll take ownership of specific parts of your team’s overall roadmap within the payments domain. We are growing fast (yes even now) and at a stage where we want to move fast with high stability. So you’ll have to be comfortable with making progress with incomplete or imperfect information. On Payments, you’ll help accelerate our growth by improving the transaction experience either directly via a full‑stack team or by improving the systems that support smooth transactions on the platform Developing and communicating a quarterly roadmap. Work directly with the product lead to develop and scope high‑impact features to drive KPI improvement Outcome focus. Know what metrics you expect to move and track them to identify trends and respond quickly to signal and make data‑driven prioritization decisions Stakeholder management. Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Operations, Marketing, Data and others to drive alignment and make decision with the best information possibly Building and prioritizing a Backlog. Maintain a high‑quality backlog of prioritized dev‑ready work to maximize engineering effort impact and drive continuous improvement of the Sendwave product Contributing to a multi‑quarter roadmap What you bring to the table : The ability to figure out what needs to get built and executed . You probably have a few years of professional product management experience in a high‑growth, data‑intensive environment. You may have shipped mobile features before. You confidently scope fast iterations and make sure to deliver customer and / or business value constantly. Passion for conducting user research . And an eye for good design. You know when small and qualitative research is ideal and when large and quantitative research is best. You can’t wait to get out into the field with our market launchers and then collaborate with designers to craft effective, delightful user experiences. Clear communication skills . You’ll be making complex tradeoffs about what’s best for our users and our business thoughtfully and collaboratively. Data‑savviness coupled with an inquisitive and investigative nature . You have a technical background and a broad set of analytics skills. You are driven by curiosity and are not afraid to learn or use new tools, write SQL, dig through tickets, dig into some code, or do whatever else it takes for you to frame questions and get data quickly so you and your teams can better understand a problem and prioritize solutions. Desire to get your hands dirty- we have over half a million MAU but are a startup at heart. You are willing, and excited, to roll up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be done. Sometimes this means writing SQL, other times it may mean drafting up a copy or a mock (don’t worry, you’ll be able to request help to polish it up). Willingness to travel. When in doubt, we get on a plane. Bonus points if you : A degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative or technical field such as statistics, economics, engineering, or computer science.
