**Job Overview**
All Nice and Clean is a local domestic and office cleaning company, established over 12 years ago. We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. Excellent attention to detail, you will help to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry and filing
- Provide customer support and assist with enquiries
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks
- Previous office experience is essential
- Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure alignment across multiple documents
- Sales and purchase ledger processing
- Weekly bank and invoice reconciliations
- Assisting with monthly VAT return
What we are looking for:
- Organised with strong attention to details and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a professional approach
**A CAR IS ESSENTIAL**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
