We are looking for an experianced Administrator to join our team as an **Operations Assistant** based at our Home Support Centre in Burbage. As our **Operataions Assistant** your main duties will be;
- Oversee the Policy and Procedure database providing renewal reminders to the assigned author, generating document numbers and proof reading/final edits
- Support the Board of Directors with administration and PA tasks.
- Schedule meetings, supervisions and appointments ensuring a venue is secured and calendar invites are sent to parties involved.
- Compile agendas, attend and minute meetings and/or transcribe audio recordings of meetings and distribute confidentially.
- Liaise with new and existing suppliers, source quotes and complete orders for equipment as approved.
- Monitor and manage service user issues swiftly to reduce complaints by escalating appropriately in a timely manner
- Prepare reports, maintain records, analyse, and improve organisational processes and relevant areas of safety.
**Operations Assistant pay and hours;**
- £14ph / £14,560pa
- 20hrs pw
- Monday to Friday

**What we are looking for;**
- Excellent communication, numeric and literacy skills
- Good knowledge and experience of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Professional telephone manner
- Previous Administration experience in Care Homes / NHS is ideal
- Positive and caring attitude (essential)
