PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR WANTED
24 HOURS PER WEEK, OFFICE BASED
CARE EXPERIENCE IS RECOMMENDED
We are a Winsford based Care Provider that supports adults with learning disabilities. We
are seeking an Administrator to work in our branch and support our care managers by
overseeing all administrative duties.
You will be mainly office based with the option of a few work-from-home days over the year.
Our office is a vibrant, busy workplace. We are a hardworking, but welcoming team.
This role offers a lot of variety compared to a traditional administrative role. This role
includes the usual administrative duties you would normally expect and other administrative
duties where an understanding of care would prove to be beneficial. We will provide training
in all areas, therefore care experience is not essential However, if you do have experience
of the care sector it will help speed up the training process.
Key Duties
- Answering phone calls, note-taking and keeping records.
- Problem solving and liaising with care manager when working through an action plan.
- Issuing key documents to team members which include PRN forms, body maps and
behaviours charts.
- Keeping medication charts up to date on our system by liaising with team members.
- Tracking annual leave on our system.
- Tracking maintenance across 12 properties and associated remedial works by
liaising with team members.
- Printing cash requests for customers.
- Making and issuing ID badges.
- Sending Birthday cards to staff and customers.
- Printing stationery orders using print conductor.
- Updating and issuing health risk assessments in accordance with staff medical
questionnaire.
- Updating and creating forms and spreadsheets as required.
- Post invoices.
- Support in medication training
Where necessary, training will be provided for all duties listed.

We Require
- Computer literacy, we use Microsoft Office.
- We also use PeoplePlanner and G-Drive, training will be provided for both
- You must be organised and methodical in your approach to your duties.
- You must be a good communicator
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.31 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
