Our Client, a successful and well known Broker, is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Account Handler to support some of their corporate clients.

**Key responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Account Handler role include**:

- Completing the administration of your Client's insurance requirements including general enquiries, renewals, new business and midterm adjustments
- Dealing with incoming enquiries from Clients, Insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner
- Developing and maintaining strong Client and Insurer relationships
- Providing technical expertise across a broad range of commercial insurance business
- Occasional client visits in support of the Account Executive or Account Director
- Ensuring the adequacy and appropriateness of cover
- Providing effective day to day management of the client relationship
- Negotiating with insurers
- Supporting and training new members of the team

**To be successful in this Senior Commercial Account Handler role you will demonstrate**:

- Confident communication skills
- Good working knowledge of general Commercial Lines business and the Broking market
- A Can-do attitude with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work to deadlines and multitask in order to get required work carried out
- CII qualifications to Diploma level (or working towards it)
