**Duties of the Office Support Role include (but are not limited to: -**
- Receiving, sorting and dealing with mail (ingoing and outgoing), and deliveries.
- Scanning, attaching to systems, photocopying, faxing.
- Ensuring common areas such as meeting rooms and kitchen are clean and presentable at all times.
- Supporting the CEO’s P.A. with administration and ad-hoc requests.
- Meeting and greeting persons entering building and directing to correct destination.
- Making refreshments (hot and cold drinks, organising lunches if requested).
- General office administration and ad-hoc duties as required or reasonably requested.
- Answering switchboard, including overflow calls; screen and direct calls.
- Taking messages accurately and relaying the messages immediately.
- Providing information to callers.
- Monitoring staff movements in and out of the organisation in order to correctly divert calls/provide information and distribute messages.
- Strong spoken and written professional English language skills.
- Confident, approachable and helpful demeanour.
- Professionally presented.
- Flexible attitude; willing to offer support and assistance where needed.
- Excellent work ethic with exemplary timekeeping.
- Ideally, proficiency using Outlook, Word and Excel. (Basic knowledge is fine).
