Office Angels are looking for a tech savvy and proactive **IT Support Officer** to join a passionate charity who focus on working with local communities to help make a difference to society.

Waterloo | Office Based | Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm | £14ph - £16ph | 6-8 weeks On-going with potential to be extended

**Duties**:

- Support the ICT Manager in the administration of the company's infrastructure including end-user support, domain administration, hardware support, software support and telephony
- Delete the user accounts of leavers and as required, and follow the established guidelines and instructions for systems access for ongoing delegated access to archived mail records
- Monitor and ensure all software updates and security patches are applied in a timely manner
- Monitor and ensure Anti-Virus software is installed, licensed and up-to-date on all hardware
- Issue laptops and mobile phones to remote users as required
- Support home users with remote access and PC/laptop issues
- Resolve specific ICT problems as they arise, trouble-shoot as appropriate and co-ordinate external assistance as necessary
- Assist the IT Manager with yearly Cyber Essentials Plus certification process
- Undertake any other related responsibilities commensurate with the evolving objectives of the post and the evolution of the Trust, as may reasonably be requested by the Director

**Requirements**:

- Immediately available to start
- Knowledge and experience of working with Windows Networks, Active Directory, Windows Server (all versions)
- Ability to provide efficient and effective IT Support to end-users both face to face and remotely
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, professional and positive attitude
