Are you looking for a new role with the flexibility to fit around your existing schedule? We are on the lookout for individuals with a can-do attitude and strong customer service skills to join us as Inventory Clerks, to carry out residential property inventory reports and surveys. No experience is required as full training will be provided and as an Inventory Clerk, you will be reporting on the condition of properties in and around your local area using an iPad (iOS) app.

**What you will be doing**

There’s a variety of flexible work available involving:

- Property inventories
- Checking tenants in and out of a property
- Carrying out mid-term tenancy inspections
- Liaising with lettings and estate agents

The role requires great attention to detail and the ability to deal with situations as they arise, as well as delivering consistently great customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Vehicle & Driving License
- iPad (iOS13+)
- Customer Service skills

A DBS certificate (within the last 12 months)
