**Role: Business Administrator**
**LocationPlymouth**
**Duration: 8 Months**
**Rate: £11.68 p/hour PAYE**
My client is looking for someone join a small team in a project-based environment in **Plymouth**.
**General Duties Include**:
- Assisting with project information/data packs for the teams
- Uploading documents to Vault/CDMS incl. populating the metadata
- Collating documents associated with packages for communication to signatories for signoff and latterly upload to records
- Management of various records
- Supporting the Project Manager with progressing the coordination of handover documentation for signoff by signatories
- Diary management as and when required
- General administrative support to the various teams
- Arranging travel as and when required
- Archiving documents - paper and electronic
- Ensure procedural documentation remains in date and valid
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of company procedures within an office environment
- Excellent MS office skills
- Effective written and verbal skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Time management skills
- Effective decision making/problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- GCSE in English and Maths at grade C or equivalent
- NVQ L2 in Business and Administration or equivalent
