We carry out all aspects of drylining, screed and rendering within the South West on projects such as housing developments, schools, student accommodation, hotels etc. Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator.

As a Business Support Administrator, you will provide pivotal administrative support to the management team. You will be interacting with office staff, sub-contractors and suppliers on a day-to-day basis. We seek someone who has lots of enthusiasm and the character to make a difference.

You will have the ability to develop and learn with the ambition to gain additional skills and experiences, enabling you to develop and progress within the company. You will demonstrate energy, enthusiasm, have a can-do attitude and be passionate in your commitment to the business. Ambitious with a real passion to succeed, you will be expected to deliver a high level of accurate, quality work.

**Skills required**:

- Have knowledge and skills in a range of business support tasks and construction administration
- Have a detailed knowledge of relevant computer systems including Microsoft and Apple Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to meet targets
- Work proactively within the work place
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written

**Responsible for**:

- Answering the telephone and answering queries
- Placing orders
- Manage and maintain the filing system, paper and electronic
- Booking customer care appointments, liaising with customers, clients and operatives
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Implementing and maintaining office systems
- Produce contract variations
- Data entry
- Assist in the correlation of all site return paperwork
- General office administration to ensure the smooth running of the office
