**You will need to be confident, articulate and organised for this sales administrator apprenticeship and live in or be able to reliably commute to Plymouth PL7 area.**
**Job Overview**:
To carry out the administration of the enquiries, quotations and orders for the Field Sales Managers. To assist with our equipment (and spares) sales by following up leads generated through our field sales team, web/digital and other marketing activities. Also to be pro-active in the selling and cross selling of our equipment and to carry out administrative duties associated with the sales process. To liaise with colleagues from all departments to aid smooth order processing and to provide any other general administrative support within the Sales Office as required.
**Duties**:
- To follow up leads and quotes with customers and update the Lead Tracker
- Manage the order process from receipt of order through planning, to despatch and
invoice
- Accurate maintenance of records
- Liaison with colleagues and customers
- Coordinate workflow between departments and external contacts
- Oversee administration of bulk orders from Distributors
- Provide ad-hoc support to colleagues as and when required
- Prepare and issue quotations
- General office administration (e.g. filing / scanning)
- Assisting with cover as / when required
- Provide administrative support for the Sales office, principally on behalf of field based
Sales Managers
- Liaison with internal and external contacts as required, to ensure customer expectations
are met in full, or exceeded
- Comply with company and statutory health and safety requirements
- Promote the company professionally to all external contacts at all times

**Desired Qualifications**:
GCSE Maths and English grade 9-4/A*-C
**Qualification**:
- **Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship**_
- **You will be paid £6.40/hour for the first 12 months of the apprenticeship. After 12 months your wage will increase in line with NMW**_
- **This apprenticeship will take approx. 18 months**_
**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: From £6.40 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
