An opportunity has arisen for a full time confident, bubbly, outgoing individual to work in our Sales Office in Plymouth. Cornwall Glass Manufacturing Ltd has been established for over 45 years and has built a great reputation, both throughout the Southwest and in the local area. We specialise in providing quality glass products.
The job role will be varied covering most aspects of office administration. Working Monday to Friday. Many tasks will involve effective and accurate ICT skills so confidence in this area is essential although full training will be given. Other tasks could include the following;
- Dealing with incoming/outgoing telephone enquiries and inputting order details as required;
- Providing excellent customer service/support at all times both face to face and over the phone;
- You will utilise your customer skills whilst contacting potential and existing clients to promote company products
- Assisting with social media and marketing tasks as necessary to promote the business;
- Providing general office support to sales/office staff as necessary
The journey for the successful individual will help them become a more confident, skilled Business Administrator with excellent customer service skills and achieve a relevant L2/3 Standard in either Customer Service and/or Business Administration.
Full on the job training will be given to the successful applicant.
The apprenticeship will run for 2 years with the offer of a permanent full time position on successful completion.
