The role of the **Event Coordinator**:
This is a key role in supporting the wider marketing and events team to ensure all global events run smoothly. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for speaking with suppliers, speakers and sponsors, maintaining a strong and professional relationship throughout.
As the Events Coordinator you will need to be organised and be able to manage your time effectively. The work load will become heavier during the lead up to large events, it is crucial that the workload is prioritised.
Responsibilities of the Events Coordinator:
- Delivering events on time, within budget, that exceed expectations
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on all events
- Negotiating supplier and venue contracts
- Travelling to conferences and managing/supporting the events team.
- Ensuring excellent customer service whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Post event data processing.
To be considered **you must have**:
- At least 1 years in events management experience
- An organised mindset
- Be able to manage multiple projects at a time
- The ability to work autonomously
- When required you must be able to travel to the countries where the events are held.

- Salary: £25,000 - £35,000

The position of Events Coordinator is based on ma hybrid model in Central London.
