**We are in search of a motivated and personable Customer Services Representative to join our Heywood agency. As a Customer Services Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Welcoming customers warmly and professionally as they visit the agency.**
- **Assisting clients with various financial transactions, including insurance policy inquiries, premium payments, and claims processing.**
- **Offering information on our insurance products and services to meet customers' needs.**
- **Ensuring accuracy in processing transactions and adhering to stringent security and compliance protocols.**
- **Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, or routing them to the appropriate department for resolution.**
- **Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Education in finance or related fields is a plus.**
- **Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial services setting such as a Building Society, Bank, or Post Office.**
- **Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.**
- **Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.**
- **Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.**
