Role Summary
In this role you will work seamlessly and collaboratively alongside the other HR Centres of Expertise (Talent, Partnerships, Reward) as part of the global HR team to provide services for and on behalf of colleagues worldwide. The role operates as an essential part of our tiered service delivery model, providing second-line HR support as required, across a range of services that span the full employee lifecycle, to ensure a high quality, efficient and effective HR service to our customers - both internal and external. The role is pivotal in the continuous improvement and automation of our HR processes, and you’ll support and deliver a variety of HR projects, big and small, that will help transform the HR service for our colleagues globally - to ensure that no matter where they are in the world - the experience and benefits they receive are in line with our Employee Value Proposition.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Providing an excellent service to all colleagues, in partnership with the broader HR team
- Drive continuous process improvement across core HR operations
- Work closely with the Head of Reward to delivery and evolve our global benefits offerings

**For this you’ll need**:
- CIPD qualification is desirable or relevant experience
- Lean Six Sigma qualification desirable
**Knowledge & previous experience**:
- Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation essential, with knowledge of international employment legislation desirable
- Experience of continuous process improvement
- Experience with HR systems (iTrent desirable)
- Experience working in an HR administration role in a fast-paced environment, ideally with payroll experience in a global organisation
- Proven customer service background
- Experience of annual reward cycles and flexible benefits administration - including working with external benefits providers - desirable
- Experience producing/running reports
- Experience of project management desirable
- Experience using modern digital working tools to promote efficiency and effectiveness
- Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 technology
- Experience juggling multiple priorities and delivering to deadlines
