**Post Title**: Supply Chain Administrator

**Department**: Supply Chain

**Reports to**: Supply Chain Manager

**Full Time**: 37.5 hrs Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

**Aim**:
The role of Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for providing administration assistance to the Supply Chain Department as well as taking ownership of specific tasks. You will need to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, have an organised approach to workflow, and always adopt sense of urgency.

**Main Duties**:
The main tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Prepare requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment in a timely manner.
- Maintain, update, and keep accurate records of goods ordered and received.
- Follow up on any discrepancies with prices on invoices.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are paid for and arrive on time.
- Ensure all documentation is correct and processed accordingly.
- Assist in cleansing the current purchasing system.
- Any other administration duties as required.

**Person Specification**:

- Flexible approach.
- Good team player.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of excel - V look Ups, Pivot tables etc.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Supply chain: 1 year (preferred)
