**Job Title**: Supply Chain Administrator
**Department**: Supply Chain
**Reporting to**:Purchasing Manager
**Full Time**:37.5 hrs Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
**Main Duties**:
The role of Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for providing administration assistance to the Supply Chain department as well taking ownership of specific tasks. You will need to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, have an organised approach to workflow, and always adopt sense of urgency. The main tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Prepare purchase orders for supplies and equipment in a timely manner
- Monitor and organise the purchasing mailbox
- Maintain, update and keep accurate records of goods ordered and received
- Ensure all purchasing invoices are correct
- Liaise with other departments to ensure orders are paid for and arrive on time
- Ensure all documentation is correct and processed accordingly
- Keeping an accurate record of the purchasing system
- Any other administration duties as required
**Person Specification**:
- Flexible approach
- Good team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of excel - V look Ups, Pivot tables etc
- High attention to detail
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
