Property Manager - £24-27K ** Great Benefits**
Our client is a professional market leading lettings company with a large portfolio of properties. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys solving problems and is able to work well under pressure. Our client is looking for a PropertyManager who will extremely well presented and has experience in the high end markets and landlords. At least 1 year Property Management experience required for this position.
Company Car - On Site Parking
Duties of the Property Manager:
- All gas safety and EPC checks
- Assist in the day to day maintenance of property
- Deal with property owners/tenants queries verbally and in written form
- Produce monthly rental statements for landlords
- Chase rent arrears when required
- Serving Section 21 (Form 6A) notices on behalf of the landlord
- Arrange annual gas and electrical safety checks
- HMO licensing paperwork
- Carry out regular property visits to ensure all buildings are in good order
- Give feedback to Landlords regarding any issues noted during the visit
- Set up after move in files & scan all documents onto the system
- Book check outs at the end of tenancy and cleaning
- Deal with deposit at the end of tenancy, negotiations, and release of deposit
- Liaise with contractors and arrange payment for work
- General lettings administration and team work
Property Manager Skills required:
- A desire to provide a good level of client service
- Must be a strong team player
- Strong IT and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and administrative skills
- A working knowledge of property management issues
- Must be well spoken and articulate
