Home Safe is a Delivery Partner that specialises in supporting Local Authorities with the delivery of their Selective, Additional and HMO Licensing schemes.

We have an opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our team, as a part time Property Inspector, responsible for conducting property inspections in a specific area of Peterborough.

As a property inspector your main duties will include:

- Using the project management software to organise and arrange inspections.
- Arranging the inspections with Licence Holders, their Agents or their Tenants.
- Liaising with our Compliance Management Team where inspections cannot be arranged to initiate and follow an agreed access management procedure.
- Using the IT software required to record inspections.
- Conducting property inspections using a template agreed with Peterborough City Council.
- Sending inspection reports to the Scheme Licence Holders upon completion of each inspection.
- Conduct compliance audits on properties that were inaccessible.

**Requirements**:

- Full drivers licence and own transport.
- Willingness to work from home (when arranging the inspections) as required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (to accommodate tenants availability) as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
