We have an exciting opportunity for a PR Manager, based at our state-of-the-art facility near Coventry to produce first-class press releases, opinion editorials, and media pitches. You will deliver an integrated PR strategy, supporting both MTC’s reputationand growth as a market leader and develop effective positioning and messaging for proactive media campaigns and strategic announcements. You will liaise with our PR agency to ensure a strong positioning for the business that enhances our reputation externally.With crisis and reputational management experience, you will be able to anticipate and identify issues that may have an impact on The MTC and provide insight, analysis and counsel to senior managers.

With experience of working in media relations, PR or as a journalist, you’ll be a skilled communicator, with strong storytelling skills and the ability to produce engaging narrative on technical topics. You'll have an eye for a story and experience developingproactive media opportunities. You’ll be comfortable liaising with both a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders and the C-suite and will have strong networking skills. We’re looking for an individual with good knowledge of the media environment,who can provide insight from both traditional and digital media.
