The Garden Centre has free on-site parking, and a customer café. (Please note this position is not for the café.)

This position is for 20 Hours/PW.

**Responsibilities**
- Working with the Garden Centre team to ensure all areas of the Garden Centre are well presented and well stocked. (Shop - Plant Area)
- Being available for customer needs.
- Having a passion for plants, plant maintenance and helping customers with plant queries.
- Work with the Garden Centre team with stock management.
- This role will also include working across departments. (Shop - Plant Area)
- Uphold the brand image and message of Capital Gardens being the natural place for gardening.

**Requirements**:
Whilst this role has no specific requirements in terms of qualifications - experience of a retail environment, specifically garden centres, would be advantageous.

This role is for 21 Hours per week - working days and schedule to cover peak week and weekend periods.

We are looking for individuals with a real team ethic and willingness to interact with customers.

Horticultural experience would be a significant advantage for this role. Retail experience with a passion for horticulture that can be articulated at interview will be considered an advantage
