**Business Analyst - HYBRID WORKING**

One of our biggest customers is looking for an experienced Business Analyst - HYBRID WORKING

**Job Purpose
With the introduction of the Business Solutions team and the constant need to develop excellent IT solutions to support the rapidly expanding and changing organisation, we need an experienced Business Analyst to help gather and document required changesand processes. This will help improve the IT service to the business and enable us to make much better architectural decisions.

The Business Analyst is a key role for the department to deliver its’ strategic objectives, ensuring excellent service is maintained throughout the company.

**Key Responsibilities
Working within a small team of Product Owners, and developing excellent working relationships with other IT stakeholders, providing outcomes and support that contributes to their performance. Be part of our businesses Digital Transformation project.

Based in a UK site or working from home reporting in to the Product Owners, this is an exciting key new role within the IT department, giving the role holder the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the organisation.

In order to be successful in the role this will require:

- Having proven experience as a Business Analyst, you’ll have an analytical problem solving approach, with a high attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced dynamic environment.
- You’ll have experience writing requirements and specifications, and a strong understanding of business challenges; translating them into clearly defined technical activities and data solutions.
- With some technical background in data, you’ll have strong analytical skills, an investigative mindset, and be competent in using analytical tools to get hands on when required.
- In addition, you’ll also have a proven track record of stakeholder management, with exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic awareness of the project lifecycle is essential.
