Our client already has considerable volume of developments in the residential sector and are now looking to recruit a Head of Health & Safety to join their successful and expanding team.

**Key Technical Skills & Competencies**:

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in health and safety management, for a construction contractor or housebuilder, to include mixed use developments and all residential scheme types.
- Experience in leading safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Proven ability in leading and influencing safety culture and practices across all levels of an organisation.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- Familiarity with construction processes, methods, and technologies, particularly in relation to safety.
- Comprehensive understanding of health & safety and environmental legislation with up-to-date knowledge of health and safety obligations and legislation
- Awareness of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in construction safety.
- Knowledge of environmental and sustainability considerations in construction safety.
- Understanding of human factors and ergonomics in construction safety.
