**Overview**:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive **Operations & Admin Coordinator** to join our team. This role will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly, with a focus on managing pre-order schedules, shipping logistics, and general administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update pre-order dates to ensure accuracy at all times.
- Organise the collection and delivery of shipping containers from suppliers.
- Support with administrative tasks such as invoice checking, purchasing equipment, and general office duties as required.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.
- Provide ad hoc support across the business when needed.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar software.
- Previous experience in administration, logistics, or operations coordination is desirable but not essential.
