**Sales Development Manager**

We are seeking three ambitious individuals with natural sales skills and an ability to quickly build positive relationships to join our successful North American team based in Norwich.

**The Role - Sales Development Executives**:
**Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 11:45 - 20:30, Fri 10:00 - 18:00.**

**Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of driving new and repeat business in a specific industry segment.
- Research and identify key leads using a range of digital tools.
- Make initial contact with, deliver a proposal to, and negotiate an agreement with decision makers.
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally to manage a pipeline of projects from initial outreach through to successful delivery and revenue creation.

**The Sales Development Executiveswill:**
- Be outgoing and charismatic
- Have excellent rapport building skills
- Be commercially minded with an interest in business
- Have a competitive nature and be driven by targets
- Demonstrate resilience in high pressure situations
- Be passionate about delivering excellence in all areas of your work
