Internal sales or supervisory experience within the trade. Management experience. Construction supplies experience. Sales management experience. Desire to pursue or develop a management career within a great supplier of building materials. Responsibility Responsible for running the branch sales team. Manage key account relationships. Work alongside the Branch Manager as part of senior management, driving sales and profitability. Motivate the internal sales team through a determined sales drive. Required Skills and Experience Background within construction supplies distribution (or similar). Strong general knowledge of building supplies.
