As a Alliance Partner Specialist, you are passionate about developing strategic business partnerships and sales opportunities based on a strong understanding of your customer’s needs. In this role you deliver sales and customer service satisfaction targets and objectives through the effective management of a small-medium Channel Partner/Dealer portfolio. You also develop and maintain effective internal and external channel partner relationships which help to deliver meaningful results for the business. Your strong communication and collaboration skills are what make you succeed in this role.
**Job Description**:
Telstra is looking for an **Alliance Partner Specialist **.

As an Alliance Partner Specialist, you are passionate about supporting the development of strategic business partnerships and identifying sales opportunities by understanding customer needs. In this role, you contribute to achieving sales and customer service satisfaction targets by assisting in the management of our alliance portfolio.

You play a key role in developing and maintaining effective relationships with both internal teams and external Alliance Partners, helping to drive meaningful outcomes for the business. Your strong organisational, communication, and collaboration skills are essential to succeeding in this role, ensuring seamless coordination across all partnership activities.

You will be supporting the Alliance Partner business for our Global Enterprise team by focusing on the following key areas:
**Alliance Partner Relationship Management**
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with Alliance Partners.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Alliance Partner-related inquiries and support.
- Assist with the coordination of key meetings between Telstra and Alliance Partner teams.

**Sales and Business Development**
- Support new pipeline generation activities with Alliance Partners.
- Assist in deal qualification and ensure partner engagement early in the sales cycle.
- Organize and coordinate events involving Alliance Partners.
- Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives with partners.
- Facilitate connections between Alliance Partner sales teams and Telstra sales teams.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets for your assigned region.
- Provide sales support to ensure partner alignment and successful deal closures.
- Build strong relationships with partners to identify and generate new leads and opportunities for the sales team.

**Partner Enablement**
- Support enablement programs across Alliance Partners.
- Assist in driving partner certifications for internal teams.
- Contribute to the development of Joint Value Proposition materials with Alliance Partners.

**Meeting and Cadence Management**
- Assist in scheduling and running regular cadence meetings with Alliance Partners, including:

- Sales cadence.
- Technical cadence.
- Marketing cadence.

**Technical Engagement Support**
- Facilitate connections between technical teams at Telstra and Alliance Partners.
- Support the exploration of new solutions in collaboration with Alliance Partners and technical teams.
- Ensure appropriate technical representation at key partner events and conferences.
