If this sounds like you—keep readingYour key responsibilities:Drive ServiceNow referral businessBuild, nurture, and manage relationships with ServiceNow teams and ecosystem partnersAlign Vonage’s sales reps with their ServiceNow counterparts to generate pipeline and close opportunitiesOwn executive alignment and sales engagement—position Vonage as ServiceNow’s top communication partnerPlan and lead joint field events with ServiceNow (both partner‑facing and customer‑facing)Collaborate cross‑functionally within Vonage to maintain momentum on partner strategy and joint outcomesCoordinate and run interlocks, milestone tracking, and strategy sessions with partners and internal stakeholdersDrive execution of regional go‑to‑market strategies with ServiceNow and other alliance partnersDeliver internal training sessions to equip Sales, Product, Services, and Support teams on partner ecosystem updatesRepresent Vonage at industry events, promoting our brand and ecosystem valueManage technical and business escalations to maintain partner success and deal velocityExecute against established revenue, activity, and relationship goalsSupport ongoing optimization of alliance processes to enhance partner program impactWho you are:A relationship‑driven professional who thrives in a partner‑centric ecosystemExperienced in working with alliances, channel sales, or ecosystem partnershipsStrategic and detail‑oriented with a passion for joint value creation and partner enablementCapable of influencing cross‑functional teams and engaging with executive‑level stakeholdersAn excellent communicator—able to tailor messages to various audiences and formatsComfortable analyzing complex data and solving problems with a collaborative mindsetExperience within the ServiceNow ecosystem is a plusWhat you'll bring:Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related fieldProven experience in Alliance Partner Management, Partner Sales, or Channel DevelopmentStrong track record of recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partnersPrior experience or familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem is a mustPrior direct sales experience is a huge plusA desire to succeed and a "get‑it‑done" attitudeHow you’ll benefit:Competitive base salary + performance‑based incentivesFully remote flexibilityDynamic, inclusive, and supportive team cultureCareer advancement opportunities with a clear growth pathComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsUnlimited discretionary PTO and tuition reimbursementOpportunities to work on industry‑defining technologies and partnerships#LI-MB2There’s no perfect candidate.
