Directs the Alliance Partnership function responsible for the identification, creation, and management of key-account/business relationships with select companies to develop solutions and/or create complementary products/services to produce sales opportunities for the company. Defines mutual goals and objectives and builds awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance. Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships. Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships. Establishes metrics to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance. Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Incumbents must be at the VP level (or equivalent) to match this position and have Director-level and below direct reports. May develop sales strategies and sales volume forecasts for this part of the sales function. All channels.**Working at NTT**
**Build comprehensive partner strategy & execution plans **(with success metrics), jointly with Marketing & Demand Gen, TIS, Service Divisions, and regions
- Facilitate joint EBC, strategy & architecture disclosures under NDA
**Manage partner relationship, **including developing a a strong understanding of partner’s strategy, managing the stakeholder map of key partner executives (e.g. architecture leads, channel executives)
**Drive executive peering relationships **at multiple levels across executive team functions and regions
- Facilitate proactive senior executive engagement to build relationships, raise NTT Ltd’s profile / mindshare / relevance
- Increase mindshare (awareness & excitement) through campaigns, roadshows, joint engagement, newsletters, QBRs, etc.
- Enhance connectedness across the organizations (e.g., campaigns, roadshows, joint engagement)
**Articulate NTT’s strategy and joint NTT-partner strategy **(including joint offers, value proposition to clients etc.) to senior executives within the partner
Identify and **create new transformational programs / differentiated offers to grow joint business **in collaboration with Service divisions, based on understanding of partner’s strategy/roadmap
**Maximize NTT’s profit and growth** for Tech + Attach (SI) / Managed / Support business by negotiating
- Attractive discounts along with associated certifications / status
- Attractive rebate programs
- Big Bets, investments
**Secure NTT region, Marketing & Demand Generation, TIS, and Service Division commitment **on major initiatives and drive execution
- Create open lines of communication to ensure field-level activities are aligned / supportive of agreed strategy
- Coordinate with regions on regional programs / big bets
**Cascade Global plan into regional Partner Plans **in collaboration with regional NTT Alliance teams and monitor execution
**Facilitate QBRs with partners and drive governance **of partner programs execution
- Proactively manage escalations
