**The Job**:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Medical Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for collating a lot of medical and legal documentation for legal claims, liaising with medical professionals, solicitors, healthcare providers and the claimant to ensure their medical treatment and claim is settled as quickly as possible for them. Our client is seeking someone who has fantastic people skills and excellent administration skills. This role will being a point of contact for their solicitors and ensuring that information and documents are relayed as quickly and accurately as possible. As well as lots of coordination and updating, you will be also responsible for negotiating any problems along the way with any part of the service
**Responsibilities in this role will include**:
- To provide appropriate updates to all parties
- Instruct medial experts to review client cases
- To coordinate and manage the booking of appointments, ensuring that the claimant is informed of their appointment through various means of communications.
- To obtain a report in a time efficient manner and complete the necessary checks to ensure that the report is CPR compliant and fit for purpose.
- To actively undertake training in areas of case management so that Company Policies and Procedures can be followed.
- To ensure that database entries are up to date and files are kept in good working order. Accurate records of communication to all parties should be made on the database to retain a full communication trail.
- To build relationships with solicitors through effective communication, providing regular updates on the progress of their cases.
- To ensure that deadlines are appropriately diarised, communicated and tracked.
**The Person**:
For this role our client is seeking someone who has previous medical or personal industry experience and gained administration experience. They are also looking for someone who thrives on providing first class client care. Ideally you may have a medical or legal background and it’s also essential you have excellent IT skills and are very organisation. It’s also important you are:

£25-30,000
