**What you will be doing**
We are looking for an excellent communicator and well-organised individual to join our expanding team and help us grow the business.
With this in mind, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, in particular over the phone. They will need to be able to make cold calls, and build relationships very quickly. Although they will not be ‘selling a product’ (as we purchase tickets), they will need to sell the idea of the business and be able to negotiate better prices.

**Key responsibilities**
As Telesales Executive/Telemarketer you will primarily be responsible for managing and growing our partnerships with activity providers and securing the activities which will be provided to our subscribers. This entails:
- Contacting activity providers (by phone and in writing) and identifying whether they wish to be included in future ticket distributions to our members
- Negotiating and closing deals with them
- Building and maintaining relationships with activity providers ensuring they’re as enthused by Buckt as our subscribers
- Keeping our CRM system updated
- Coordinating other members of the team including freelancers and part-time workers
- Identifying the strategy of the business and executing it alongside the rest of the Buckt team
- Fulfilling admin tasks directly linked to your role
- Providing direct assistance to our CEO and Founder, and our Head of Partnerships
**The Telesales Executive/Telemarketer should be awesome at**
- Communicating confidently with a variety of stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Being organised - can manage your own time and work independently towards set goals and deadlines
- Maturity and professionalism - the individual will play a key management role within the company
- Working diligently to fulfil set tasks and objectives
- Using initiative when and where needed and finding solutions to problems and challenges
- Confident - able to negotiate deals with activity providers
**Education**
A level experience is desired; however we are extremely keen to hear from you if you have relevant career experience (see below).
**Work experience**
- Corporate sales
- Telesales executive
- Cold-calling/telephone marketing
- Partnership management/external relations management
- Account Manager
- Personal assistant/office manager
