Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking shelves
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Provide product information to customers and assist in sales
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Support other team members as needed
- regular social media posting including pictures, live videos and promotions.

Qualifications:

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively, including fluency in Spanish (Nice-to-have)
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy shop layout
- Phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
- Experience in upselling products

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
