**Role Purpose**

Assist the Customer Operations Supervisory and Management team in managing the operation. You will promote and ensure all customer related queries are managed, ensuring the customers journey through Gatwick is seamless. Maintaining health and safety to the highest standard, you will follow good working practices ensuring Menzies and airline policies and procedures are adhered to. You will be the first point of contact for some of our customer airlines, and lead a team to strive towards a safe departure.

**What you will be doing**
- Always ensure safety and Security is never compromised.
- Ensure and facilitate the timely allocation of team members to operational tasks.
- Have oversight, and when necessary send flight reports to customer airline.
- You will oversee and process customers using an automated DCS or manual system ensuring full compliance with
regulatory, company and airline requirements.
- Ensure that check-in, bag drop and gate are open and closed on time to achieved on time performance.

**What we are looking for**
- Must have Altea skill.
- Must have an Airside pass.
- Must be signed off and competent to boarding.
- Well organised with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, able to work on their own initiative to specific
deadlines, have the ability to recognise and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently.
- WestJet / Sabre skill is desirable.
