The Head FX Technology Transformation is a new senior management level position within the FX technology function reporting to the Head of FX technology. As an organization Citi leadership is steering the initiative to transform the bank based on 3 key pillars: - Data - Risk & Controls - Culture With the business’s growth objectives, technology platform improvements & regulatory commitments, we need ensure that we empower individuals and teams within an organizational structure to deliver to the highest standards across these 3 transformations areas. This role has been created to facilitate that endeavor and therefore fundamental to our aim for excellence. **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with FX technology leadership and partner teams to define a target state for the transformation journey over the next 2-3 years. - Develop workforce strategy, location model, roles, team structure and talent development to support the organization in attaining excellence across our work, structures and processes by owning ways we can be simpler, data-driven and overall better risk managers as a result. - Embed the organizational culture and values - Define and support processes to improve stakeholder management and the prioritisation of the BOW, reconstructing the current process to improve stakeholder management. **Qualifications**: - Ability to foster a spirit of teamwork and unity that enables open discussion of different ideas, conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness, support, and working effectively together to enable each employee and the team to succeed. - Demonstrable experience of creating and managing global technology and multi disciplinary teams - Demonstrable experience in defining and implementing strategic goals across global teams. - Demonstrable experience of developing and embedding cultural values within teams that reflect strategic goals. - 10 plus years’ experience in comparable a senior technology leadership role within investment banking. - Experience of building effective working relationships with senior technology, business partners and stakeholders. - Working knowledge of the risk and regulatory environment. - Ability to build and maintain peer and business relationships - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Applications Development - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
