We are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator to join our busy electronics company, the company manufactures electronic products.

Your role will be within the fast paced purchasing department working closely with the Purchasing Manager.

Your duties will include:

- Monitoring and resolving the company component shortages via the shortage spreadsheet and close communication with the production team
- Raising orders via our in house computer system and liaising with suppliers on the delivery of good and ensuring on time deliveries of all components ordered
- Booking out goods to the factory for all consignment stock and monitoring stock levels
- Assisting the purchasing manager with any adhoc duties which will include administration and telephone tasks

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Experience within an administration role (Essential)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, Excel and Word (Essential)
- Experience with an MRP system would be helpful but not necessary
- To be able to work as part of a team
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise workloads

**Salary and Benefits**:
£11.50 Per Hour

Monday - Thursday: 9.30AM - 2.30PM
Friday: 9.30AM - 2.00PM
- Precise start and finish times can be arranged to suit_

Onsite Parking

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: Up to £11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
