Permanent, full-time position: 37.5hours

Salary range: £43,600 - 54,500

Role Overview

You will be a key contributor in the People Technology team - a strategic team focused on creating a simple, integrated, and digital experience for our people, and real time data and insight about our people. The role will be focusing on change implementation for a recruitment and onboarding functions.

What you’ll do:

- Responsible for finding and delivering opportunities to continuously improve our Core HR system, processes, and service delivery to help deliver a simpler, smarter and digital experience for our colleagues
- Collaborate well with others and can work across teams, networks and communities to generate new ideas and deliver new solutions
- Understand the core elements of HR and how HR process and technology serves as an enabler for employee experiences
- Trusted partner who actively works with the business to understand current state and future state requirements and design initiatives to support the achievement of future state
- Identify and document solutions through consultation with project team members, business unit contacts and third parties
- Completion of functional documentation in accordance with working practices; creation of test plans (functional and user) for upgrades, new modules and participate in the execution of testing (UAT/Systems/end to end)

What you’ll bring:

- A strong understanding of the HR functional domain for your process area and how HR process and delivery works
- An interest and affinity towards technology and how technology can enable process and be used to create experiences
- Self-management and prioritisation skills - able to break down complex activities, plan and deliver to plan
- Curiosity to learn, explore and ask questions
- Drive and initiative to take on and own an outcome
- A strong sense of team and passion for collaborating with others to deliver an outcome
