Salary range: £41,600 - £50,000

Role Overview

The Continuous Improvement Consultant is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the experience within the reward function, along with acting upon issues identified through audits.

You will ensure all change initiatives and project activities are controlled and managed in an effective and efficient manner, to enable on time delivery to the Payroll Teams and their stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

- Finding and delivering opportunities to continuously improve our Reward processes - through scoping, designing, testing and launching improvements in system (systems include Workday and ResourceLink)
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends and risks; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Collaboration with other teams - upskilling and educating others where gaps in knowledge / experience creates impacts or negative outcomes
