Joining a B2B events organisation as their First Marketing Director and reporting to the CEO, this role will see you driving growth and developing a new marketing division.
This role is based three days a week in their Crawley office, and as a valued member of the Senior Leadership team and the board, they would want the Marketing Director visible in the office.
Key responsibilities;
- Responsible for all marketing-related functions, across digital, mar-tech, and traditional marketing channels.
- Creating and implementing the international marketing strategy across all brands.
- Recruiting and managing new members of the marketing team.
- Working closely with the sales division and Sales Director to help drive lead generation and conversion.
- Managing and overseeing the marketing budget as well as agency partners.
About you:
- You will be a proven senior leader, with solid examples of where you have contributed to increased ROI.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sector or the Events industry if possible.
- Have experience working with sales teams, and understanding of the lead generation and conversions.
- Have worked across all marketing channels including online and digital.
- You get exciting building new teams, driving growth and building out new markets.
