**Learning Support Assistant**

LSA required to work in an Autism unit for a Mainstream Secondary School in Putney on a full time basis. There are opportunities for flexible or long-term work within this school and they are actively looking for an LSA to start in September.

**About the role**:
**What you will need**:

- Experience working with students with SEN or behavioural needs
- Have a firm but fair approach regarding behaviour management
- Hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service (if not, we can send you the forms)
- SEN qualifications such as ASDAN are preferred but not essential
- Passion for Education and personal development as the school can offer Teacher Training pathways to successful LSAs
