**The role - Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Wandsworth**

A Learning Support Assistant (LSA) can also be referred to as an Additional Support Need (ASN) Assistant, Education Support Assistant, Support Worker or Special Educational Needs (SEN) Classroom Assistant and can work in a Primary or Secondary School or Special Needs and Disabilities (SEND) school. You could be working one-on-one or in a small group, supporting children with their education, behavioural and social development, helping kids who are dyslexic, have disabilities, have health issues, or speech difficulty learning. Learning Support Assistants must be compassionate and empathetic, and passionate about providing a nurturing learning environment.
