**Overview**: This role will put you at the very heart of developing great digital solutions for our clients. You will be passionate about good digital design but also have excellent communication skills to elicit requirements and needs from our clients. You’ll understand that good products are 50% meeting user needs and 50% meeting business objectives. You will work closely with the Strategy, Design and Technical teams to create highly usable and differentiated digital solutions and websites. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead client workshops to understand user and business needs - Perform competitive reviews and analysis - Conduct persona development to understand users - Create user journeys and high-level wireframes - Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys - Present journeys and wireframes to clients - Work closely with our UI team to turn wires into beautiful designs - Work closely with our offshore development team to answer questions and explain functionality **Experience** - Minimum 5 years experience working as a UX Designer - Experience of tools such as Figma, XD, Miro - Experience of CMS / ideally with a good grasp of using Wordpress - Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills - Experience within cross-functional teams (agile environment is desirable) - Strong level of commercial acumen to ensure understanding of business value - Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail - An entrepreneurial outlook to work with a "hands on" and "can do" attitude The role is advertised as either Freelance or Permanent.
