Nutrivend sells Sports and Nutrition products across the UK making 3,000+ deliveries a month. This position is based at our main warehouse/office in Pontyclun and will appeal to someone wishing to undertake a wide range of tasks in a varied role. Duties to include day to day office duties including Credit Control, systems administration with some data input, Payroll preparation with accounts package Xero usage and general admin duties in a very busy office. The role with interface with all aspects of the business

**Main Responsibilities**
- Posting transactions Sales/Purchase Ledger in Xero, using receipt bank.
- Ensure completeness of invoicing on the company’s fulfilment systems.
- Bank and cash reconciliations.
- Inputting and posting general ledger Journals
- Updating the daily cashflow forecasts for movement and future dated payments.
- Inputting payments on the bank.
- Invoicing customers, raising credit notes
- Ensuring timesheets are completed and hours recorded correctly.
- Preparing, distributing, and managing credit control.
- Purchasing of office supplies.
- Posting journals to the general ledger.
- Calculating commission payments.
- Preparing payroll information for submission to the company’s accountants.
- Reconcile cash counted
- Support the business with other administrative tasks as required.
- Other ad-hoc finance duties.
- Energetic, enthusiastic self-starter
- Team Player but ability to work independently meeting necessary deadlines in fast paced busy office environment
- Time Management skills with ability to focus, organise and prioritise workload
- Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of credit control and purchase ledger administration
- Be open and adapt to change
- Good organisation skills
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
- Good Excel skills

**Qualifications and Experience**
- AAT Qualified/studying towards (preffered)
- Previous experience in similar finance role
- Excellent computer skills, particularly excel (Advanced level preferred)

**Salary**
- 22.5 hours per week over 3 days 9am to 5.00pm
- £15,900 with pension and 20 days holiday per annum inclusive of bank holidays (full-time equivalent salary £26,500 per annum for 37.5 hours)
